Signing Certificates

The signing certificates are used for the operations "Set Pin" and "Get Pin".
The issuer must be able to support two Signing Certificates on the same environment at the same time. This is important when the certificates are renewed.

Use case: When receiving the JWS containing the "Get Pin" or "Start Set Pin" response, this certificate must be used to validate the integrity of the JWS before its payload is decrypted or used.
